Shipping and Delivery Policy

First time customer's billing address and shipping address must match. 

After completing the checkout process from HR Trains & Toys, Inc., you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms that you have successfully fulfilled a product transaction. This Confirmation email will contain a list of products you have purchased along with the prices.

HR Trains & Toys, Inc. will then ship the items you have purchased, via USPS or FedEx. Once the order is handed to the shipping company, the order will arrive in 7 business days. You will be notified when items have been shipped or if products are on back order.

Currently, our website is taking orders from the continental United States only. If you reside outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us via email or phone. We'll be happy to assist you.
