| The H&R Trains VIP Shopper Progran is a service for those customers that are unable get to our store during our regular store hours or for those who may want the extra privacy and security of shopping when the store is not normally open to the public.
This will allow you to shop at your leisure, any time, 24 hours a day, with our VIP Shopper personalized service. This FREE service is designed primarily for Entertainers, Company Presidents and CEO'S, Political figures, Diplomats, Pilots, Doctors, and other professional people. We will also welcome any person in any line of work that is unable to get to the store during our regular store hours who wants the same personalized service. To take advantage of our VIP Shopper Program please call during regular store hours at least 48 hours ahead of time for an appointment. This will allow for us to have the Appropriate staff in place for your visit. We will require a $500.00 minimum non refundable deposit at that time which will be charged to your credit card and applied towards your purchases. In the event your plans change we will be happy to hold your deposit until you are able to reschedule. Our VIP Shopper personalized service includes: One on One help to find the right Train and Accessories to meet your needs. We will performance test every Locomomtive and every Power Supply to assure that it meets the standards set forth by the manufacturer. We will then Gift Wrap your packages if you would like at no additional cost to you.
